Surely you can see the obvious differences between this and the McDonald's case:- The shooting did not occur on NFL property.- The shooting did not occur at an NFL event.- Pacman Jones is (apparently) not the shooter.- Regardless of what Pacman Jones did/did not do, he was not acting in his capacity as an NFL athlete--he wasn't on the clock.It's also worth noting that, just like the McDonald's case, this is a civil suit, not criminal charges.
