I've managed to not get more than a few hours' sleep every night so far this week. And not because I didn't go to bed at a decent hour. Fuck all that noise.

BTW, the active ingredient is either doxylamine succinate or diphenhydramine HCL. Both are antihistamines. Diphenhydramine is the active ingredient in Benadryl, and interestingly enough, it does absolutely nothing for me. I've taken 75 mg before and not been able to fall asleep.

If you're used to taking Lunesta then Unisom isn't gonna do shit for you - You're about the same build I am and there is no way it's worth driving to get any of that shit. My advice is just watch some TV eventually you'll pass out.

^^Tylenol PM is nothing more than Acetaminophen and diphenhydramine. Doesn't work for me.

dextromethorphan will indeed cause halucinations if you drink enough of it. Unfortunately, if you drank that much Nyquil, the acetaminophen would probably tear your liver a new asshole.
