3 Bedroom apartment off of Cary Towne Blvd in Raleigh. Currently the 3 of us are male State students/alum 23 y/o. One alumni is taking a job out of state in November, leaving an empty room. $365/month. Utilities split 3 ways. Current lease runs though June of 08.

Parking is easy, easy to have visitors, neighbors are older, some with young kids, all very cool. Gated, very quiet community. Easy to get to, right off exit 291 of I-40; 7 minutes from campus.

Male or Female, it doesn't matter, just someone who will pay rent/bills in a timely manor.
