This seems legit. I just don't see where the catch is. Someone help me find it.

Ebay Auction

These retail for $200 from the apple store. He's selling them for $100.

I assume they're not stolen....as he's got about 300 to sell.

and it seems to come with everything that the apple box comes with.

Box Contents:
iPod nano
Earphones
USB 2.0 cable
Dock adapter
Quick Start guide"

Find the catch, folks.

Probably just some perv who gets off on buying electronics, putting them in his anus and then selling them to unsuspecting Ebay bidders.

with all the "fraud protection" junk in there and the return policy being there there probably isn't a problem considering he is a power seller

i remember one time when one dude was selling new apple laptops for like 75% off, he sold like 20 of them but it was just a scammer trying to get you to send your money
although if thats true you'd be covered by paypal

and "This is a Featured Plus! listing"

that plus there being no negative reviews on this item (there are already positive ones saying they got it fine)

looks good to me

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170156984472 why would it be twice as much not long ago?

it is very possible somebody got his account info and was smart enough to keep selling the same type of items and the only difference being the paypal address will be different...either way paypal will give you your money back if he doesn't deliver so hell, might as well give it a shot

powerseller status does nothing to disprove somebody other than the account owner listed those particular items. it only makes the account more valuable to the right thief..

they seem to intentionally ship the wrong/used/broken items hoping no one will notice.

how can so many of their packages be held up/stolen/whatever.

sketchy.

you could pick up a Zune 30 GB for that same price.....

bigger screen, much larger capacity, (i mean wtf are you gonna fit on 8 GB anyways) and you wouldn't be another trendy apple fanboy either

8 GB is like half my library, and then where would you put your favorite few movies or tv show seasons

sellers are a bunch of liars.

zunes are like 100 bucks now.

could be a knockoff

about a month ago this girl came into my store with a straight knockoff of this player, the plastic case that it ships in even looked like an Apple, but of course it was like "Mp3 player Classic" brand or something like that - of course it already stopped working

He posted the apple model number, and claimed to be an apple dealer.

i'll be able to spot a fake. I'm more worried that he'll cancel my order and refund my money.
