1 br. available in a 3 br/2 bath house at 705 Method Road. The rent is 266.67 a month plus 1/3 of utilities and the lease runs until mid-august.

The two other occupents are males aged 20 and 21. It stays quite during the weekdays and the neighbors haven't complained when we had partys on the weekends.

I lived in that house for two years in college. It's not a bad place to live as long as you can get the landlords to leave you the hell alone. And don't let the address intimidate you, the locals are actually friendly. A street walker bummed a cigarette from me late one night and told me that I should stay inside at that time of night. And we only got robbed once.

Haha, I've never had any problems with Method. Well, except for the traffic from the weekly taxi driver convention every Friday.

i've lived at both u woods and method rd and i know of more people getting robbed in u woods than i do method rd

a lot more break ins at u woods too

i have yet to deal with anything like that off of method

We really liked living on Method Road. It wasn't until the second year that we were robbed. And I think that someone noticed that we always went out on Monday nights and took advantage of it.
