i fell off the roof when i was 8, and when it didn't feel that bad i was gunna go and jump off of it again but the parents got to me before i could get back on the ladder.so yes, i'm addicted to heights.

10/9/2007 7:57:49 PM
i'd rather go skydiving than bungee jumping...i'd be affraid i'd hurt my nuts or the cord would break
10/9/2007 8:00:10 PM
Um, no
10/9/2007 8:00:46 PM
my guess is that about 19 Japanese jump off it every day
10/9/2007 8:02:44 PM
^^^i was strapped from the chest... you could jump upside down if you wrap your legs around the cord and jumpi thought i'd rather skydive than bungee first too because i didn't want to be yanked back up.... but after you jump you hardly even notice the flying back up part
10/9/2007 8:05:27 PM
whenever im really high up, i feel the need to get on my knees and crawl away from the edge
10/9/2007 8:08:33 PM

10/9/2007 8:11:52 PM

They do the world's highest bungee at the Royal Gorge bridge. It was pretty fucking sick to see someone make it all the way down to the bottom. There are some pictures somewhere of my dorky ass with an NC State looking rig.http://chrisbazil.smugmug.com/gallery/3503437#197621988I always thought I was afraid of height until I was dangling on scaffolding 300 ft off the ground with no safety equipment on at all. I think that looks pretty awesome. I love heights, so long as I'm strapped into something.

Here's somewhere you'll never find me.

<-- not a fan of heights.as i've gotten older, maybe it's 9/11 or the media, but i've gotten more and more paranoid about flying in planes. as a kid, i never had a problem or thought twice about it.
10/9/2007 11:55:46 PM
yeah i could handle that pretty well... i love flying, it's a very odd feeling to get used to but it's not bad, exhilarating would be a better term...
10/10/2007 12:11:34 AM
as long as there are no sudden drops I'm down

Skydiving != normal height scales. I get mad virtigo in high places even on the third level of the RBC Center but I loved the time I went skydiving. I think because the frame of reference was unlike anything I had ever experienced and the ground wasn't as close that it made it fun. Now, I love roller coasters but that building would trip me out.
