on a 97 escort?

I got new tires on the celica just before the transmission crapped out. I bought a new car, and the tires are going to need to be replaced soon.

Apparently, they take the same size (185/65-14). Is size the only compatibility to worry about?

yeah it'll work... i assume you mean having the actual tires remounted on the other cars wheels, correct?

If by some odd coincidence they're the same bolt pattern you could even just switch wheels...but I doubt that's a likely circumstance.

Shouldn't be any problem with remounting the tires though. Do bear in mind that you'll have to pay the mounting fee to get the old tires put on the celica's wheels too, assuming that car still needs to be able to roll.

nvm, yea, just take both cars to a tire place and theyll switch them.. it isn't free tho
