I guess I wanted to see if I could handle it. It was one of those "you have to see it at least once" sort of movies. Like I'm sure most people will say, the worst thing about the film was definitely the animal violence, because it was real. That's why I didn't cap any of it. The other violence in the film is just really really gory realistic violence, and since you know it's fake you can get past it.

Now I can return this shit to Netflix, but I don't think I'll sleep well tonight.

never heard of pink flamingos, doesn't seem like that gruesome of a story, but i guess it could go further than the plot summary suggests

salo is probably one i would be reluctant to watch because of the stress on scat (2 girls 1 cup!) and more so torture, i haven't watched hostel and probably won't. the japanese film i remembered mentioned on tww involved some kind of super hero, but the deaths were gruesome.
