we're 10 mins from Rolesville, yesit's only a 20 min commute from our driveway to the airport (so it's an easy drive into the RTP area)

I really like the looks of that house from the pictures. Wish we were in the market for one right now, would definitely come take a look. Best of luck selling!

Hrmm, I am interested in this and potentially in the market. When is your target time you are looking at selling this?Reason being is that I wasn't aiming to make a purchase til December - Feb timeframe b/c im getting married Nov 17th. And there's no way I can manage the stress with aquiring a wife with acquiring a home. OVERLOAD. But that's the right area and the right style of home for what we would be seeking...wow. kainen@gmail.com if you'd like.[Edited on September 26, 2007 at 1:06 AM. Reason : asdf]

9/26/2007 10:49:11 AM
Once you marry her she becomes your property.

nice house its on the wrong side of Raleigh for me to be interested. When the time comes to be in the market for a place, I'd prefer southern wake county, maybe johnston/Harnett

Post what kind of snacks you're offering and we'll make it a wolfweb party.

I can vouch that the sellers are AWESOME people. helping with closing costs is a big plus. I got married and then closed on our house exactly one month later. It wasn't a problem for us.
