room for rent, unfurnished, in a 3 bedroom w/ big ass deck. will share a bath w/ 1 other roommate. will room with 2 guys, both of us are pretty laid back, very clean and work hard. utilities run between $80 and $140 (when the water bill hits). no smoking in the house, no dogs, birds, or cats, small cages (rabbits, hamster, snake, what have you) are probably cool but need to be cleared w/ the landlord and stay primarily in your room. must be laid back, clean, tolerant of somewhat regular cookouts, and reliable w/ rent and utilities (and not expect a discount because you spend most nights at your significant others)(i never thought that would have to be a base i would have to cover before allowing a new roommate in).
