I am looking for a male or female roommate in a newly built townhome near rtp, brier creek, and 540 off of glenwood and ebenezer church. There will be a pool in the neighborhood in early 08 and ceiling fans are in all three bedrooms. rent is 390/month plus utilities which would be split three ways with myself and one other roommate.

assuming everyone had a car - where would the 3 cars park? would your car go in the garage and 1 would park in the driveway and then whenever you would leave/arrive the car shuffle would happen?

it looks like a pulte neighborhood to me and they aren't known for a lot of guest parking from what i've seen
