Does anyone know if there is a place online to view RPD's or Wake County's 911 Police Blotters?

but i know in guilford county (greensboro) its legal to request all the 911 calls from a certain time range on certain days, and they have to give them to you

probably true all over, how do you think WRAL gets 911 tapes
