wow, so there are, what, 119 1-A QB's and these guys ranked 100 of them?that definitely wasnt a waste of time
9/12/2007 8:52:55 PM
Wait Ryan at #57? What are they thinking? I know he didn't have an outstanding game against us (something like 142 yards passing, 1 TD, 1 INT), but that 408 yard 5 TD performance against Wake Forest more than makes up for it.[Edited on September 12, 2007 at 8:57 PM. Reason : ]
9/12/2007 8:56:49 PM
its by QB rating...however that is calculated.there may be 119 D1 schools, but if you threw 15 passes you were eligible for this list. So there is possibly more than 119 QBs[Edited on September 12, 2007 at 8:59 PM. Reason : yea]
9/12/2007 8:58:55 PM
(83.33 * Comp %) + (4.16667 * Yds per att) + (333.333 * TD pct) - (416.667 * INT pct) + 25/12
9/12/2007 9:06:47 PM
by far the worst stat category ever

9/12/2007 9:52:33 PM
^ok i admit i didnt click on the linkthe thread topic made it seem as if it was some guy's rankings. the passer rating isnt necessarily a ranking of the best qb's, just who has done well so far/had easy competition/etcso i guess my new complaint isthreadworthy??
9/12/2007 10:02:52 PM
it's a lot more thread worthy than half of the shit posted in here

yeah last I heard the tarholes were in the same situation as we were with having several great highschool quarterbacks. Maybe they actually had one that stepped up!
9/24/2007 5:19:48 AM
^yea, he really tore it up against USF
9/24/2007 5:45:28 AM
why isn't Daniel Evans on that list
9/25/2007 10:49:33 AM
wait...they have Yates UNC @ #6 but have Ryan at #57lolno fucking way
9/25/2007 10:51:17 AM
^ No, if you would have read the "as of week 2" part, you'd realize this is outdated.Granted, now Yates is #28 and no NCSU QB is in the top 100.
9/25/2007 11:15:39 AM

wow I had no idea that college passer rating was calculated different than nfl. Graham Harrell is a bad ass
10/1/2007 12:24:52 AM
graham harrell for hiesman...31 tds to 3 ints...over 3k in yards...i know its a product of the system...but those are crazy numbers even for that system.
10/14/2007 9:41:46 PM
I would rather see him get it than Colt Brennan.Never seen anyone get so much love that doesn't really deserve it. He is not that damn good.
10/14/2007 10:16:43 PM
he wont get it...he has 20td/10ints...good qb, but not hiesman worthy
10/14/2007 10:55:28 PM
he's not a good qb or heisman worthy.
10/14/2007 10:56:43 PM
10/15/2007 1:22:35 PM
Screw them and their minimum of 15 passes per game...Navy's QB has a 152.1 rating, on 35 of 61 passing for 626 yards
10/15/2007 5:19:17 PM
D. Evans at 63
10/25/2007 3:52:22 PM
Evans 57

^PAT WHITE WILL GET SOME PUB WHEN THEY DESTROY UCONN ON NOVEMBER 24TH
10/29/2007 4:01:18 PM
hahaha - WVU relies on beating UConn to get pubweaksaucein other news, Navy makes every QB look like Tebow...Tebow QB rating is 176.5, Navy's Defense is like 172
10/29/2007 4:10:58 PM
^^^ thats probably because he doesn't throw a lot, and when he does he doesn't throw downfield very often. Not to say he doesn't throw the ball well, he does, its just that most of his throw are those shorter high percentage passes.
10/29/2007 4:14:40 PM
That is true... I'm actually surprised they don't let him throw vertical more often. He has a really strong and accurate arm. I think their WRs are just better at taking the slants then beating fast corners...btw, the Anaheim Angels are insanely obsessed with Pat White. Drafted him TWICE now...
10/29/2007 4:20:00 PM
Damn, Ben Mauk at #13.I always thought he had potential.
10/29/2007 4:27:25 PM
Evans 76
