A small company (~17 employees) based in Reston, VA called Intwine (http://www.intwine.com) is hiring 5-10 software developers (and I assume other positions). I have no affiliation with the company other than being acquaintances with one of the executives. I know how many talented individuals my alma mater has in this field, so I figured I would pass it along. I assume you can just submit resumes via the website.

Also - for what it's worth, the company culture looks to be "young and fun". Your typical startup (althought the company is at least 4 or 5 years old).
