Available room is 3rd floor - in other words, a floor to yourself. HUGE walk in closet - you could probably rent out the closet if you wanted XD Full bathroom in room, vaulted ceiling with fan. Window A/C so you can keep that room cool without freezing the rest of the townhome.

200 sq. ft. attic access behind closet for storage that we all use, which is currently mostly empty.

Parking is easy, easy to have visitors, neighbors aren't bad. Very quiet community. Pets welcome if they stay in your room + you pay any pet fees.

Available in a couple days as soon as the old occupant rents a truck to remove his furniture.

Male/female doesn't matter, just need to fill this room with a decent human being that can pay bills.

^ hehe, thanks jenny. We had a rm up until two weeks ago, when he moved to richmond with his ham beast.

Basically, he moved out right after the semester started, making life difficult. He's yet to really help get the room filled, pretty much making us do everything. Oh well, at least he's still on the lease and paying bills in the meantime.
