2 guys are sharing a 3 bed/bath near soccer fields of NCSU. In 1/2 college, 1/2 family neighborhood. Big living area, fenced in private backyard and respectful roommates. Rent is 350 + 1/3 utilities and cable which comes out to roughly 425/month. Roommates are studious but like to have a good time(mostly on the weekend) and like to watch the game.
