It goes by when you get there. They will stamp your hand with a section 7/8, NEZ/SEZ, 111/112 based on when you get there and you can set anywhere within those sections.

you can get to the gates once the lots open but you can't get in the stadium until 90 minutes to kickoff.

My girlfriend and I were planning on being out of town this weekend so we did not get tickets to the game. Our plans did not work out so we're hoping we can find a way to go to the game now.
