i only use Arnold brand Oatnut WholeGrains bread. 13 grams of whole grains per slice, not to mention it's a good source fiber

Most(pretty much all hard) cheeses don't have enough sugar in them to have any effect on lactose intolerant folks. (this is why cheese has always been eaten outside of Europe)

my friend is lactose intolerant and gets horrible diarrhea whenever he eats pizza
