When I worked there several years ago, the Writing and Speaking Tutorial Center had proofreader contact information. I would see if they still have that information available if you don't have any luck finding anyone on TWW. If I had the time, I would offer to do it.

i may be interested. i enjoy doing things like this.i'll start the bidding at $130, $1 per page (going rate online is $2-5 per page)
