Hey maybe the websites he speaks of just aren't published. Perhaps he was at his friend's house and his friend was like "Hey check out these cool NCSU gear websites I made. I have them saved on my hard drive. But they aren't available online"

PS - I miss NCSU. I need some Wolfpack stuff to put up on my desk.
