I had this same problem before I moved.
They sprayed three times and the bugs still kept coming back.
Now I store all my rice/grits/whatever in those near air tight containers and they still get into them.

This thread reminded me of something. I woke up this morning to find that my cat had utterly destroyed a poor spider and left it as "a present" to me. She had somehow ripped off all of its legs and scattered them outside my bedroom door. It was quite a horrific discovery.

put that type of stuff in the freezer...that's what I do. Works great.

Hah, that's what I said, but it would be a pain in the ass/space consuming to store all that stuff in the freezer.

panty moths?

They are little moths that get into grains, such as rice I have stored in tupperware.
