I had this same problem before I moved.They sprayed three times and the bugs still kept coming back.Now I store all my rice/grits/whatever in those near air tight containers and they still get into them.

This thread reminded me of something. I woke up this morning to find that my cat had utterly destroyed a poor spider and left it as "a present" to me. She had somehow ripped off all of its legs and scattered them outside my bedroom door. It was quite a horrific discovery.
