8/7/2007 1:02:20 PM
fiddy
8/7/2007 2:01:35 PM
this is a "DIGITAL" camera...not one of those cardboard cameras you throw away after 24 snap shots...and the bid begins at 90 once again
8/7/2007 2:13:10 PM
STFU you damned tool bag. People know what the fuck you're selling and what it's worth. Either deal with the low-ball bids or GTFO. You're not going to sell anything by being a dick.
8/7/2007 2:42:32 PM
so does this mean you want to buy the camera ...matthew miller?? you fuck.
8/7/2007 3:23:29 PM
Take it to craigslist, you aren't going to get anything for it here. especially with no pictures or details about age/condition.
8/7/2007 5:45:35 PM
35
8/7/2007 5:56:55 PM
well its in great condition....and if you would like to see a picture..type in TSC .........Sony Cyber shot....into google...there are a million pictures of it there...but thanks for the advice..
8/7/2007 6:08:52 PM
When we see an image of YOUR camera, with all you plan to include with it, preferably one taken within the last few hours before posting, we can then judge weather our definition of good condition and yours are the same. This is TWW, just like eBay, you better have a REAL pic, not a note to 'Google it to get pics'While your camera is a decent camera, for a point and shoot, it is also a USED digital camera, thus no warranty, it is ONLY 5 mega pixel/3X optical zoom, and it uses proprietary rechargeable batteries, thus making it more of a PITA than ones that take more standardized battery systems. And while i have seen folks who love their sony products, memory stick prices are high as hell compared to sd / compact flash , and i have never seen a sony product that did not have a higher price than comparable cameras from other makers.
8/7/2007 8:01:52 PM
^ Kylekatern.....judging by the pictures in your photo gallery...(the ones of your fat pasty dome, and some fat arabian bitch who looks like she just shit her pants) it looks as though you probably should have used the 5.0 Mega pixel Sony Cyber shot......instead of your hi-tech NASA camera that picked up on every flaw God could have possibly exerted on you and what seems to be the love of your life. Judging by your well-groomed self along with the fat chick you enjoy using ur PITA batteries on....i would say you barely have enough money to buy even a disposable camera much less what i am selling...so once again you douche bags..."if you dont want to bid on the camera..ur input is not necessary" get a life
8/8/2007 10:45:31 AM
fiddy[serious bid]
8/8/2007 10:59:41 AM

8/8/2007 11:08:47 AM

8/8/2007 11:11:29 AM
I like how kylekatern totally won the thread and pwned ping21, so ping tried to come back with some lame personal insults classic n00bery]
8/8/2007 11:16:58 AM
this thread fails
8/8/2007 11:28:40 AM
wow, ping21, what makes you think being a total asshole is going to help with the sale of your camera?IMPORTANT NOTE Please don't buy this camera or anything else from him, he's being an ass!You may want to try and redeem yourself at this point ping21, if people are asking for pictures of the camera and other info, that means they are interested. If you provide them with the few simple pics and info they request then they may make you an offer, that is how classifieds ads work. (Notice I didn't list being a royal asshole as part of the process )Have a good day!

I have bubbles that rise out of the floor and carry me to different places within the apartment!
8/8/2007 2:45:53 PM
Surely this is a joke.
8/8/2007 3:38:22 PM
I might have been interested in the camera..seriously.But any seller with this little respect for others can not possibly respect something like a camera enough to take care of it.

I'm on my second digital camera. My first one (Sony) used rechargeable AA batteries and they always seemed to be dead whenever I wanted to use the camera. My second one (also a Sony) uses a "proprietary" Lithium-Ion battery that lasts for months and months without needing recharging. My experience with digital cameras is that I would much rather have a camera with "proprietary" lithium ion batteries than one that uses rechargeable AA batteries. As far as "only" having 5.0 Megapixels, that is plenty for most people. 5.0 megapixels will allow you to blow up a picture to 8 x 10 without noticable distortion. If you really think you intend to produce larger pictures then you might want more megapixels; however, if that is the case, then you would probably want a higher quality camera (more $$$) than a "consumer" model camera like the DCS T-1.
8/8/2007 6:55:29 PM
^^I hate to tell you, but that's an absolutely retarded stance. The only "standard" batteries for a camera are AA's. And they SUCK BALLS compared to ANY proprietary Li-Ion or similar cell. Not only are you going to pay far more over the life of the camera in batteries, but you get far fewer shots per cycle and the flash performance is terrible.Yes, even with rechargeable AA"s. And replacement REAL packs for most cameras cost almost exactly the same amount as a pack of name brand rechargeable AA's, and have a MUCH longer life-cycle.
8/8/2007 7:41:25 PM
That's not universally true.
8/8/2007 10:05:47 PM
^^ ever heard of CRV3 or KAA2HR (LiON) batteries? They fit in most devices that take 2 AA batteries side by side. If you keep forking over cash for alkaline cells, that's your problem. Just walk in a camera store, they go by other names too.http://focuscamera.com/sc/froogle-lead-1.asp?id=964701823&rf=froogle&dfdate=8_7_2007http://www.hififorless.com/showProduct.php?productid=70216[Edited on August 8, 2007 at 11:02 PM. the best part from my view is that the picture of my face close in was taken with a scanner on preview mode, NOT a camera, and is 6+ years old, while the photos of kytica are from 02-03, in those one case taken with a CHEAP 3 mega pixel camera at the time. I noticed you did NOT choose to comment on the very compressed front view/side view images, both of them from a cheap Kodak 5 mega pixel unit. Remember, even the BEST photo ever taken can be made into CRAP by the compression method, as when it is loaded onto TWW. Now, while i love me some rechargeable AA batteries, even with NIMH stuff having the tendency to drain flat over time, I would rather have the option of single use AA/Rechargeable AA/or CRV3 packs. Thus when i want to shoot THOUSANDS of images at a convention, often using flash, i currently use a cheap Kodak unit so i can easily grab spare batteries for it without needing to plug in a charger somewhere to swap in and out of. I always find it easier to be able to shoot images all day, and video all day, then cull later, rather than trying to cull as you go, or having to avoid screen usage so a battery will last till you can put the camera way for the day.
8/9/2007 12:07:10 AM
AAs are also very nice when your camera doesn't eat through them (I can take 300-500 pictures in a day, and not have to change my batteries) like most.
8/9/2007 12:19:28 AM
lol at this thread....10/10
8/9/2007 12:20:56 AM
so yeah how much memory does the cam have?, does is take video? if so what resolution and fps and will it take clips for the entire time of the memory card can hold? and how much does it weigh seriously like interested
8/9/2007 12:35:07 AM
$29.99But you better double my order of Oxi-clean.
8/9/2007 12:54:33 AM
The pwnage always comes eventually. Should have listened to me, jackass.
8/9/2007 1:47:43 AM
LimpyNuts: Hahahaha. You posted links to batteries that just prove my point. They cost the SAME AMOUNT as buying whatever other form factor you need.kylekatern: and ambrosia:I cant help that you both still live in the stone-age of cameras. Two batteries on any Cybershot will last you a FULL day of shooting. hell, for my OLD AS BALLS Fuji 4900Z I bought 5 batteries for it (proprietary remember) for 30 bucks. They lasted me through a 5 day trip, taking well over a thousand shots, over 300 of which with a flash at night, several hundred burst images, etc etc etc. It's simply NOT cheaper to get a AA based camera. Even in the WORST case, you come out with the same cost. Best case a proprietary battery allows for more space for other components or a slimmer design.
8/9/2007 1:52:04 AM
ok the "hell, [insert words here]" thing has got to stop...u are not the only one...i've noticed you do it like 3 times in the past week or so...noticed j_hova even do it the other day...and about 5 other users in the past week....its getting anoying
8/9/2007 7:01:52 AM
$95

^Very very few people have rechargeable AA's.I have a bucket of regular ones for the occasional tv remote or R/C car controller. But all of my real devices use either built in Li-Ion or some other rechargable option that doesnt require me purchasing anything but the device itself. And I bought those 64 for 8 bucks from batteries.comAnd yes, if you are using a AA powered camera, I can almost without question say, its going to be crap.[Edited on August 9, 2007 at 10:59 AM. i love my rechargeable AA'si have a bucket of them, and rarely have to throw any out/sort through them.
8/9/2007 12:19:28 PM
^^my point is, if it costs the same amount either way, what does it matter?I dont know about you, but I only own one camera at a time, and haven't had a power hungry AA device in years. When I trade up cameras, I sell the battery along with it, and get a new one with the next model. So economically it ends up being the same thing for most people.
8/9/2007 1:10:00 PM
i like to throw batteries at rainbows and then prance around through the rain forest with my weiner tucked under a pine cone supported by a mere weed like vine anchored by the waist side
8/9/2007 3:03:03 PM
all i gotta say is i got like 40 batteries from batteries.com once and like 10 of them were basically duds...and i can also say that i think a lot of people have rechargeable AA batteries, and i can also say that i think they suck, or at least the 8 i got from energizer sucked....they dont hold a charge worth a shit...i figured maybe it was cause i plugged them in and left them in the charger and it topped them off too much or something, similar to a battery for a laptop[Edited on August 9, 2007 at 3:13 PM.
