thats a decent price for that car with that mileage.

you can take him lower.

but the fact that is has rims on it tells you something.

if it was/is 100% stock vehicle with that mileage, then yeah. its worth it.

i guess the only thing to worry about is whether the car was heavily modded and then returned to stock.
