Looking for a roomate anytime from Mid-august through Sept 5th. My current roomate is moving to Michigan.

2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Full kitchen, living room, laundry room, all hardwood floors. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, huge back yard, right next to the elementary school.

I love living here, it's quiet, the neighbors are great, bills are cheap (~65 each a month for water/power/internet at peak times, like 40 a month each spring and fall). The place is about 1000 sq feet.

I'm a pretty low-key guy, I have people over, keep a clean house and keep a pretty good balance.

The lease is now month to month, so I can accomodate about anything time-wise.
