Had someone bring this by and just looking for some advice.

This thing will randomly lock up. After powering it off and attempting to power it back on the fan will spin up to max rpm, blowing cold air, and the comp won't boot. It has to be powered off for quite a while for it to boot again. According to all the temp sensors it's not overheating.

Any ideas?
