The girl who was planning on moving in decided not to sign the lease 2 weeks before she would have moved in, sooo my roommate and I (both female) are looking for a female roommate to live with us in a 3br/3ba apartment at Ivy Chase. I think the rate for Ivy Chase right now is $465/month (individual leases) which includes all utilities except internet which is $13.32 a month. PM me if you're interested.
