go buy a new go phone for like $20, might not have all the features you want, but its a new phone that'll do the job, and there are forums online which will tell you how to unlock it if you like

I have a prepaid plan phone but I don't know if that would work if you have a normal plan. I don't remember the model but it's pretty basic (call & text, no camera or anything like that) and I still have the charger. PM me if you're interested in specs and price.
