I'm relocating for a job in the next few weeks, and I want to find someone to take over my lease at University Woods. I have a bedroom with private bath in a four bedroom second floor apartment with three great girls, all students at NCSU. Rent is $355 which includes utilities, but I will be paying August's rent. I'm planning on moving out Aug 10, but really wantto get someone to take this room, and can be out by the 6th if needed. PM for more details.

do they allow pets? how long is the lease for?

The leasing company does allow pets (with an added deposit), but I'm not sure how the other girls would feel about them...I'll ask and see what they say. The lease runs until July 31, 2008.
