I'd say its decently comfortable, it's no 5-star hotel bed, but it's has some bounce to it. Also I failed to list that my APT # is 202.

And the condition is fair. My friend had it for a year, and I used it the next year, there are no rips or noticeable defects. Hasn't been in an apt with smoke or pets.
