^^ and ^^^ when you go in through the CDO you're not initially on a team, i choose which team off the ones who need new hires after orientation which is company-wide stuff.

So i can't get "welcome to the team" because i dont have one yet but dont see the whole process as a bad thing.

the poc/escalation jobs are pretty prestigious, I'm not sure any new-hires will have a shot at them and certainly not from the cdo new hire program.
