Yes, folks, I'm moving out of Raleigh at the end of the month and there are several items that must stay behind. In this installment, we look at furniture and appliances, all of which are available to the best offer. Full-size pictures available in my photo gallery under "sale"1) Regular twin mattress and boxspring, both clean and whatnot. The frame for it was shit, but I probably still have it somewhere if that's a dealbreaker.2) Two matching curved couches that have been cleaner but still produce a nice half-circe seating arrangement.3) A working Honeywell space heater. 4) A large wooden desk, left behind by the previous occupant and used solely, as you can tell, as a flat surface on which to dump stuff. Very sturdy, good construction.5) A weird Scarface tabletop thing, brought to my house for use in a beer pong game and then abandoned.6) An older but functioning drier. Our washing machine broke right after we moved in, but this little bugger keeps plugging along in fine condition -- we know, because for a while we would wash our clothes in the bathtub and then dry them there.7) A dehumidifier. I don't know the stats on it, I just know it kept our basement from turning into a swamp.---I will do my best to answer any and all questions. I will not deliver anything. I'd like to make some cash off some of this stuff, but if that proves impossible after a few days I will let it go for free -- anything to avoid having to move it or take it to the dump.MORE TO COME!!![Edited on July 18, 2007 at 2:16 PM. ARe the couches comfortable?

The couches are comfortable, yes. A person of average height wouldn't have a great time sleeping on them, I will say, from experience. But otherwise, they are very nice.I have to say, for the purposes of full disclosure, that I have a $40 bid on the couches from a person who does not regularly post on TWW. They may still be available, regardless, so don't lose interest; but still, they are the subject of interest.

Giving this one last shot, if it doesn't work I'll just go over to craigslist.
