I have an Onkyo HTS590 system I picked up cheaply last year... I just moved to an apartment and my wiring options are limited without a lot of runners or risking messing up rental carpet. SOOOOOO... I'm looking for something like Best Buy's Universal Rocketfish product that will allow me to continue using the rear speakers I have:

Anyone have experience with similar apartment type setups? I am open to any alternatives if I can get some cheap runner materials... the distance is just too much right now for me to justify the materials if I can get something like the above for $100 and get decent quality out of it.
