wh-what no ohio state?? pretty interesting article, I cant imagine how many people he pissed off by writing it. If NCSU was in there, this place would go apeshitI agree about the fsu and miami rankings though[Edited on July 15, 2007 at 8:22 AM. Reason : asdf]

pretty good article. some of the responses are pretty damn funny.
7/15/2007 11:31:28 AM
alabama fans are up in armsi guess they have electricity there now
7/15/2007 11:51:01 AM
150K for one recruit for Bama, that's some serious cash, and the could never worked out anyway, tough break. Florida has got to be on that list for the 80's. It's funny to see FSU and Miami fans go at it back and forth; pot meet kettle, shake hands etc.

I thought that Alabama's football program had NEVER been on probation until this decade. I agree that the SEC (and the old SWC) are big conferences for cheating, but I don't think that the Tide are the worst offenders by far.
7/15/2007 12:20:23 PM
^ That's cause they started losing and the boosters couldn't handle it.I'm gonna LMAO when Alabama go 6-6 this year and the Alabama Mafia realizes they can't buy out Sabin's contract.[Edited on July 15, 2007 at 12:39 PM. Reason : .]

^yeah buying success in college football is much harder to do than in MLB.... wait a minute though ~ don't the Yankees suck this year?
7/15/2007 1:03:02 PM
^ And the Milwaukee Brewers are kicking ass!
7/15/2007 1:05:52 PM
yeah, I would have FSU, SMU, and Miami all ahead of Bama... Ohio State should be on there too... what did arizona state do to deserve their ranking?
7/15/2007 2:27:09 PM
pissed in the writer's cornflakes would be my guess...i mean, becuase when i think of the top 5 dirtiest programs of all time ASU ALWAYS pops in there...i love that someone replied bringing up U of Delaware...

oh yeah, tied for 2nd W/ unIV. OF TENN on the most Dirtiest Programs would DEFINITELY be "ARIZONa STATE UNIVERSITY". I was at a friend's party this summer and I ran into a gymnast who was down here with her bf, and she was a grad student at ASU and she even told me how many scandals run on at ASU that it's crazy from the football player shooting cover up to money laundering, to athletes getting free cars under the table...adn the interesting thing is that their sports teams STILL SUCK..so whats the benefit??
7/15/2007 3:09:42 PM
^ So Herb is getting help, right?
7/15/2007 3:22:51 PM
^^^ idiot. Tennessee has never had a major infraction. Nowhere close to FSU, SMU, etc.[Edited on July 15, 2007 at 3:27 PM. Reason : d]
7/15/2007 3:26:21 PM
Neither has UConn... Plus any list without SMU on it should be automatically disqualified.
7/15/2007 3:33:33 PM
yup... they were stunningly dirty
7/15/2007 3:38:05 PM
Do yall really not remember about the point shaving scandal at ASU bball? That alone puts you in the top ten. I think it was 94ish and the player shaved points off the spread when ASU was big fav's and they would win by <8.^, Ah, but did Fulmer cooperate with NCAA officials to save his program of being exposed for the "major" infraction in the Albert Means case with Bama???? Seems awful strange a coach would provide some inside information on recruting infractions by another team in conference just to stick it to them, it's pretty understood you don't bring it up because you don't want your backyard being probed (Especially in the SEC), unless of course, something you have to hide will get excused by the NCAA????[Edited on July 15, 2007 at 3:44 PM. 7/15/2007 3:41:50 PM
^ yes... but this is about football only
7/15/2007 3:43:03 PM
^^ and I have explained this before... he didnt bring it up, he was asked about it in another case, while under oath, and he knew the people asking about it knew he knew so he pretty much had to tell... then that testimony was leaked, making it appear he "ratted them out" on purpose. He didnt talk to the NCAA about bama, the NCAA read the court transcript.[Edited on July 15, 2007 at 4:55 PM. Reason : d]
7/15/2007 4:54:23 PM
The list is also missing the pride of South Bend, In: Notre Dame.... 'Under The Tarnished Dome' has a little bit of what sweet Lou brought to the table
7/16/2007 6:44:36 AM
^^LOL, you're almost as full of shit as that fat fuck Fulmer.
7/16/2007 5:07:04 PM
^ and that was after it was brought up in court during an unrelated case... what was he going to do? all of a sudden claim he had forgotten about it?and
7/16/2007 5:09:51 PM
Yeah, he was clearly just an unwilling participant
7/16/2007 5:21:19 PM
and once again... all that had come out already before this...and you are just making Bama look worse and worse
