I have this tiny assignment using Microsoft Access and I've made my database...but it says it should be a columnar report. I'm totally lost. HELP!

Assignment 5: Technology Resources
1. Locate a minimum of five technology-related resources (i.e., web sites, discussion forums, email listservs, online publications, online tutorials, etc.) that you could use to support your ongoing professional development and lifelong learning in teacher education. Two of the five resources must be directly related to your content area(s).
2. Using a database program of your choice (e.g. Microsoft Access), create a database containing the following fields
• Resource Name
• URL
• Type (i.e., web site, discussion forum, email listserv, online publication, online tutorials, etc.)
• Description
• Use
3. Next, create a record for each of the resources you selected for Part A (a minimum of 5), filling in the corresponding information for each field.

Follow the directions below for formatting and printing your report
1. Create a columnar report containing all of the fields and records in your database.
2. Make any needed adjustments to the layout to ensure that all data is displayed.
3. Add a Header containing your name (first and last) centered.
4. Sort the records in this report by Resource Name/Title in ascending (alphabetical) order.

Save the database file and print out a hardcopy.

I have my database made with the fields but I am stuck.

I'm no pro at Access, but I believe you can do something along the lines of an AutoReport, and there is an option there to do a columnar report

This is going off of memory, since I don't have Access installed on this computer. Sorry, but good luck!

Can you go to create a new report? Under that dialog box, I think it gives you an option to choose 'Autoreport: Columnar' as the report style.
