I'm moving and no longer have the need for these 3 air cleaners. I would prefer to sell them all together, but will break them up if I have to. Email with questions or to take a look at these units. I will give a price break for multiple units so please email with offers.

1) Bioaire BAP1175-U HEPA Air Fliter - $25 - These are fantastic air cleaners. Three stage filtration (including carbon so it gets the odors out). Filters are cheap and easy to find on eBay and elsewhere. The filters in this unit have at least 80% life left. 4 Speeds, backlit digital filter life indicator.

Details from website:
* Exceptionally quiet; four speeds; for closed rooms up to 217 square feet
* True HEPA filter at least 99.97-percent effective; prefilter reduces odors
* Removes smoke, pollen, dust, animal dander, dust mites, molds
* Fits against wall: 18-1/2 inches high, 16 inches wide, 8-3/4 inches deep
* Digital filter-life display; lighted control panel

2) Bioaire BAP1175-U like above. - $20 - The filters in this unit have about 50% life left.

does the sleep setting work? the reviews i've read online were rather bad. quite a few were defective.

Quote :
"The Austin Air HealthMate HM-200 Junior has a four-filter system: a pre-filter to remove large pollutants, a filter with 6.5 pounds of activated carbon, and a HEPA filter."

that's 3.

[Edited on July 12, 2007 at 12:57 PM. Reason : i'll start off lowball with $25 for all. as the filters can get expensive.]

^ sleep setting works fine on both units.

maybe they're talking about the pre-filter for the pre-filter There is a removable mesh filter thing that wraps around the inside of the unit, then I'm betting the actual filter itself (a cansiter that drops in) is a three-part.
