There needs to be a standards procedure for suspensions.

The mod should have to send a pm warning first with a specific offense.

Then include the thread and post with the repeat offense after notification to be able to suspend, and notify you how long you are suspended. A way to post complaints and feedback on the specific suspension should be inncluded to track mod abuse other than having to contact CrazyJ all the time. If the offense if not in a mods section with this method, then they can't suspend you without documenting the offense in their section.

Also access to pm's during a suspension would be great, since I had a deal fall through this weekend because of synapse's bullshit.
