When you say deck you mean the walkway in the front of the apartment? UWoods condos don't come with porches.

yes I do mean the Walkway but it is fairly large at the front door. My past tenants enjoyed being out there.

call to set up times to see the condo. One of my tenants said that she would help me until I am there to sign leases and do some fix up. I am going to check on the carpet and paint and if both need to be redone it will be done. I like to keep it in great shape so if it needs anything when you view it, don't let that be a deterent. It may all be fine, however
