I have a spare bedroom available in a great house located in a wonderful area, very close to Crabtree Mall with quick access to I-40, Glenwood Ave, and less than 5 miles from NCSU. I am looking for a responsible, clean roommate, male or female, student or professional, to move in immediately.


The rent is $440 per month plus 1/3 share of the utilities which include Electric, Gas, Water/Trash, and Cable/Phone/Internet package from Time Warner, and Lawn and Hot Tub Maintenance.


In addition to the bedroom, you will have your own private bathroom. The house is very well furnished and you may use all you like, including the relaxing hot tub outside and the outdoor gas grill. We also have a nice sunroom for watching tv and movies on the bigscreen HDTV. Also comes with free long distance phone and hispeed wireless internet. The bedroom is cable ready for your tv.


The house is a beautiful 1800 sq. ft. 3BR/2.5BA home, private and secluded behind a bamboo forest located in a very quiet neighborhood and great shopping area. Crabtree Mall, Harris Teeter, Wal-Mart, Gold’s Gym, Movie Theater, Best Buy, all located within just a minute or two from the house, as well as many great restaurants to dine at. You will certainly fall in love with the place when you see it. I am a 25 year old male graduate student at NCSU, and I have one roommate who is a professional tennis instructor. We are both very easy to get along with, quiet, and very clean, looking for someone similar to our personalities and won’t mind helping keep the house tidy and looking great!

The hot tub is in a very clean and great condition, I've drained and scrubbed it many times myself, and I take care of it regularly. No strippers.

go Figure: I'm referring to the common areas, just keeping them nice for other roommates. I don't care what you do in your bedroom/bathroom. I have a bunch of cleaning supplies, you are welcome to use them. I have a dishwasher, so dishes are pretty easy to take care of. If you leave a dish or two out or a wrapper it's no biggie, I'm just saying not to let things build up and then never clean. Also helping gather trash on trash day is appreciated as well. We all chip in a little. I have a girlfriend who is neatfreak, so she likes to come over and clean a lot. That helps us all out. She cooks too, so you can enjoy her meals if you want to.


Last month Rent with utilities was $611. You are looking at ~$600-$650 a month total. This month I'm expecting it to be ~$575.

Energy is ~$200/month
Gas is $10/month
Water is ~$80-100 every 2 months
Every 3 months I have to buy chemicals for the Hot Tub, that's about another $20-30 per person every 3 months.
Lawn care $12.50/month
Time Warner Cable is $180/month
This includes every channel they have except Cinemax and Starz
HD Channels (I have a 60in HDTV, nice stuff)
DVR to record all shows
Surround Sound/DVD player
Hi Speed wireless internet (not the light version, but the best option offered by TWC)
Nationwide+Canada Free Long Distance Digital Phone, you can use anytime you want.

I personally have no policy, but my landlord requires a nonrefundable $300 deposit per pet.


That's a bit extreme for me, so I never got a dog or cat.
