Ideal for a quiet college person, grad student, or young professional.

You get the bigger bedroom too. Big walk in closet. I have a dresser and TV already in the bedroom as well if you want them.

There is only one shower in the upstairs bathroom so it would have to be shared.

The duplex has a separate kitchen and dining area. I have the rest of the house furnished already-but if you have furniture you like to put in place that’s OK.

Our attached duplex neighbor is a quiet, single working mom; our other neighbors are quiet and never home, the house is on a corner and has a big front yard!

The house is very convenient to downtown Cary, I-40, NCSU, Morrisville, RDU, etc.

My last roommate now lives with his GF, I love living here but can’t afford to alone!

The bedroom is 12*14ft and has a 6*3ft closet with shelves around the top.

Additional closets are located in the hallway, one next to the bedroom and a large one downstairs.

The entire area below the stairs is also storage as well. There is a closet in the bathroom too.

There is also a fenced in area that would be great for a dog. Tons of shade! Our landlord is OK with pets.
