my suggestion is that you buy a wok. they're relatively inexpensive and can make some really delicious meals. plus, its quick meals as well.....basically rice, veggies and a meat of your choice (chicken, steak, shrimp, etc).you can find different seasoning and dressings at the grocery store to make it tasty.

"big salad"mixed baby greens, sliced bell pepper (whatever color you have), halved grape tomatos, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, ground black pepper add equal parts balsamic vinegar and olive oil (yes, that's right, equal parts, it's tart, but acid kills your hunger and you use less oil)Also, you can add pecans, feta, or kalamata olives if you have them. My fave salad, and is soooo good.

some good tuna packed in olive oil (do not drain)equal parts low fat mayo and low fat sour creamdill weedother herbs/spices to suit your tastetorn up spinach leavesput all in a bowl and whisk to consistencty you prefer (chunky to paste)spread on some good wholegrain bread and eat*********************can tuna in olive oil, empty into a pan with its oiladd tomatoes, onions, garlic, olives, other veggies you likeherbs/spices you like (oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, basil, parsley, etc)saute for 5 minutesadd torn up spinach, and saute for 1 more minuteserve
