We are two males looking for a roommate to fill the third spot in our lease as soon as possible. The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath first floor flat in Gorman Crossings near NC State and is right on the Wolfline routes. The master bedroom is available and has its own bathroom. The apartment is furnished except for the bedroom, but we are looking to get rid of some old furniture. The place has:

Hardwood floors/Carpeted bedrooms
Central Heating/Air
Washer/Dryer
Dishwasher
Small patio

Rent is $245 a month. Plus 1/3 of utilities which includes electricity, cable, and high-speed internet. Water is included in the rent. We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful. Non-smoker preferred. Drinking is OK.
