Should we outlaw the ability of some to breed. I think we must. So many less than desirable people are freely able to give birth and pass on poor genetic traits, addictions, susceptibility to disease, etc ...

I just think birth should be more governed by the State. That is all.

aha, funny guy.
A modest proposal, anyone?

I don't think we'll be reinstating eugenics anytime soon.

We should really just end social welfare programs.
All of them.

It's not that poor or sick people don't deserve a leg up, it's just that the g0vt shouldn't steal money through taxation to give it to them.

Seeing a friend's, neighbor's, or family member's kid taken by the state because they couldn't afford to have kids in the first place is A VERY EFFECTIVE DETERRENT to prevent people from thinking that they can just have as many kids as they want, regardless of any ability to pay for food and medicine.

wait….
Situations where parents were able to afford kids when they had them, but then something came up that wasn't their fault (robbed, etc.) and now the parents can't afford the kids,
and,
Situations where individuals were able to afford health maintenance, but then something came up that wasn't their fault (hit by car, etc.) and now the individual can't afford the care:

Yes. They deserve a leg up.
If bad luck forced any of us into a situation like that, you would want and deserve help.

That's what private charity is for:
Churches
Businesses
Clubs
Families
Neighborhood Groups
Private Charities

An extra benefit with the abolition of pubic social welfare programs would be that churches would have scramble to change their budget to give more to feed the poor and heal the sick, leaving much much less money to fund American Theocracy.

So being susceptible to a disease should disqualify one from breeding? What diseases fall into that category? What do you suggest the probability of a person's offspring getting a disease on that list should be in order for them to be disqualified from breeding?

Are you implying that taxation is equivalent to stealing?

Riiiiiight. What happens when an "undesirable" finds away around the rule? Forced abortion? Prison? Execution?

The first group of people we should ban from breeding are people that think that banning people from breeding is a good idea.
