I think it would be a good idea if there was a option to block embedded sound within posts or to be able to manually turn it off in a thread.

It really gets annoying when you want to read a thread and someone has some stupid noise or music going off in one of the replies.

I know I could turn my volume down but i often like to listen to music on my computer.

sometimes its fun when visiting a random website to hear the embeded sounds that they have to offer. Usually though they provide you with the option to turn them off. Usually the shit put into threads on TWW is just annoying

^i think a lot of the sites youre talking about use different codes/commands than the standard embed src...hopefully in tww threads people will at least have the courtesy to use the hidden=false modifier so you can see the volume control and deal with it
