One of my roomates is moving out at the end of July and I need somone to take his place. I live in a house on Sierra Drive right off of Lineberry and we have vaulted ceilings, a 5.1 digital home theater, one car garage, nice furniture (the room is not furnished but the rest of the house is) and the rent is only 361.75 a month. if you only want to pay 361.73 then you have to win an all night battle in beer pong, put on a pair of rainbows, wear craokies on your sunglasses and bang at least one fat chick while listening to DMB and John Mayer. The old DMB, none of his new stuff is any good, oh yeah and a shirt from Lacoste.

there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, we do have high speed. I should mention that it's musician friendly, I'm a drummer but I don't practice here much.
