I send a lot of emails through Outlook but have gotten phone calls recently saying that my email wasn't received. They show up in my sent folder but never get there, I guess. I remember seeing a program a while ago that tracks when your email was opened by the recipient. Does this exist and what is it called? This would be a nice feature to have for me business-wise.Thanks....

Thanks, I looked at that earlier and have 5.01, but the receipt tab is not in my options. I looked everywhere. I'll probably just upgrade Outlook. Feel free to delete this thread, sorry and thanks.

Tell them to check their junkmail filters.And, don't those receipts also depend on macros? That would mean the reader would have to be using outlook as well.There's a way to do them by embedding images in the email too, but that also means the client email app has to load images by default.
