i know this is a dumb question but do i need the reciept to return a keg shell and get my deposit back? i got the keg from total wine on saturday (5/19) so i'm sure they have my information on hand, but i can't find the reciept. does anyone know if thats a problem?

The Total Wine in Charlotte let me return a shell that wasn't purchased there (with no receipt obviously). I would assume all the others would do the same...

Edit: On second thought, that was pre-gay keg laws. Doubt that would change it any, but it's possible I suppose.

They will only give you $10 for it, at one time keg deposits were only $10 and with no receipt thats all you get back.
