5/23/2007 12:04:05 PM
^ Right when I caught it too
5/23/2007 12:05:28 PM
damn, i fig. he would take that offer from the titansbut GG to him for getting out before he gets really hurt
5/23/2007 12:10:49 PM
He has a long and illustrious broadcasting career ahead of him.
5/23/2007 12:16:56 PM
Bye bye Michael Irvin, hello Keyshawn!
5/23/2007 12:40:41 PM
5/23/2007 12:42:17 PM
He was already on Best Damn Sports Show every other day.I expected him to go there as a full time guy.
5/23/2007 1:16:50 PM
Good god, I foresee a tandem of sportscasters that will have America quaking in its boots....Mike Irvin + Keyshawn Johnson.......... OMFGIf they throw those two together with Stephen A. Smith then a mass suicide will ensue....Add in Stewart Scott to the mix.. and we're talking Armageddon...[Edited on May 23, 2007 at 3:41 PM. Reason : ]

Keyclown
5/23/2007 3:44:45 PM
5/23/2007 3:46:11 PM
Irvin is already gone.
5/23/2007 3:46:22 PM
good riddance[Edited on May 23, 2007 at 3:47 PM. Reason : ]
5/23/2007 3:47:17 PM
Irvin sucks, and Steven A is annoying, but I don't see what you have against Keyshawn.
5/23/2007 4:42:35 PM
he's a loudmouth egomaniacaka same reason you dont like Irvin[Edited on May 23, 2007 at 4:46 PM. Reason : .]
5/23/2007 4:46:01 PM
Yeah but Keyshawn is much more likable of a loudmouth egomaniac.[Edited on May 23, 2007 at 4:52 PM. Reason : and I don't dislike Irvin, I just thought he wasn't that good]
5/23/2007 4:52:04 PM
meh, both of them have similar niches i think...i dunno
5/23/2007 4:52:34 PM
The ticker on ESPN2 just said that he has officially accepted a position as an ESPN studio analyst
5/23/2007 4:55:53 PM
espn already rehired parcells, and i'm assuming he'll get his old job back on NFL countdown. that would fill michael irvin's void. unless they increase that broadcasting crew, where does keyshawn fit in?
5/23/2007 6:03:13 PM
Keyshawn is an excellent speaker when he is broadcasting. it isn't like shannon sharp or michael irving who who stumble over their words. KJ is pretty fluent and I was surprised when I saw him during draft coverage.

5/23/2007 11:54:28 PM
nice. didn't think anyone would catch that
5/23/2007 11:57:22 PM
The thing. I hate. About. Michael. Irvin. Is that. He always. Does this. And. Accents. Every. Single. Word.
5/24/2007 12:01:25 AM
5/24/2007 12:06:22 AM
But Bradshaw is funny.
5/24/2007 12:26:25 AM
no..... all is already lost.......he is somehow already deeply embedded into the future of ESPN NFL sportscasts...... .these are the very sportscasts that we all know we will end up watching somehow... alot..........accept Keyshawn and his abnormally white teeth.......before its too late....
5/24/2007 1:34:44 AM
Keyshawn will be playing for an NFL team within the next two seasons (and perhaps even this season)He's a gloryhound with a little left in the tank.No one "retires" anymore until they're on empty because teams use the emergency callup button if they need something
5/24/2007 3:26:12 AM
lol a dude with as big of an ego as his might try to retire early just to act like he was giving up some big legacy or something
