oopshttp://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,270938,00.htmlSo, has our inflammatory action with the invasion caused fence sitters in our country to fall on the side of jihad? That's an extra scary thought to me.

i'm not scared. i have a bigger chance of being killed by a coconut falling on my head than being killed by a terrorist. that's why i never walk in the shade.[Edited on May 9, 2007 at 11:03 AM. Reason : ]

From the article, they didn't sound like "fence-sitters". Sounded like pissed-off Muslims with nothing better to do.

"a lot" is relative.a lot of people in the building were hit by a proverbial coconut.a very tiny amount of people in the country were hit.Ultimately, while 9/11 was a terrible event, how the US has behaved internationally in the last 6 years is absolutely unjustified. what waste of tax dollars.

just goes to show you can't trust those who practice the "peaceful religion"[Edited on May 9, 2007 at 12:42 PM. Reason : s]

I read the detailed analysis of their lives, and how they lived and what they did for a living.Did they really think they would get away with it?They aren't even part of some cell, or weren't even tasked with the mission, but were just common people with twisted ideas who happened to find each other because of those ideas, even though they were from a few different countries.Fucking idiots. If they didn't care about soldiers they were going to kill, what about their wives and children? Do they care about them? One's wife is expecting twins. Who was gonna provide for them once they went on their stupid mission and got killed or captured in the process?Again, I say, fucking idiots. No one had mistreated them in the US, and they had no legitimate beef with the US, except for "America is teh debil". In fact, America gave them jobs and livelihoods and safety so they could raise their families. If they really wanted to help Muslims suffering because of the US's direct or indirect actions, they should have gone to those countries and helped the Muslims there, or killed soldiers there. At least then, it would have accomplished something. But with the stupid plan they had, no objective would have been accomplished, and in fact, it would have just led to more hate, division, and killing, which I presume, they wanted to end.Man, I really feel bad for their families, who it seems, had no clue what they were up to. They will probably go to jail forever as the evidence against them is solid, and their families will have to live off other people's scraps and charity.I hope they are locked up for a long time.

I'm just glad that they didn't have time to get their hands on some coconuts.

No it does not imply that.

it doesn't say that every single thing we've done in the past 6 years has been unjustified, which is not true of course. It implies that on the whole, it's been unjustified, which it has.
