My lease is up 7/31 and my roomates are graduating and moving on. Looking for room within walking distance to campus or on the wolfline (I don't have a car), preferably with its own private bathroom. Willing to pay up to $400/month + Utilities. I can provide a big comfy couch and 27" TV for the common area, along with various other household items.

About me: 23/m, pretty clean, but not to the point of OCD. I'm easy to get along with and like to have a good time, with a weakness for cheap beer...although I generally only drink on the weekends.

I need a roomate starting this June. I think it perfectly matches what you have described. A 3 bed, 3.5 bathroom place off gorman next to wolfline. I've been living in this place for almost 4 years and have changed 4 roomates, all have missed this place!!!

Hey, I have a room in a 4bdr, 4ba apartment 1.5 miles from campus on
wolfline. University Commons. The place is 340/month, including
utilities. The guys who live there are all engineering upper classmen or
grad students and very nice. Awesome place to be able to get work done
during the week but still have fun on the weekends. Give me a call or
