im looking for 2 female roommates to rent rooms in a privately owned condo in Lake Park.
-12 month lease July 1 - June 30

-Rent would be $375 a month which would include all util (water, elect) as well as cable and internet (wireless and secure)
-Very nice living room furniture and well furnished kitchen with all appliances.
-Private bedroom and bathroom
-Rooms have key locks
-Rooms can be painted and decorated

-Complex has basketball and volleyball courts as well as a community pool.
